Back Pain Remedies: How Yoga Helped Relieve My Herniated Disc Pain

Yoga is one exercise that I've resisted for a while (I've got a background in wrestling, boxing and martial arts ... the gentleness of yoga didn't seem to fit in) yet, amazingly, once I started practicing - the results were very impressive!
