Question: Back Pain and Vomiting?

Question:

This morning a woke up with bad lower back pain and since have been vomiting? What could this be caused by?

Answer:

Hello,

The first response is to suggest that you see a licensed medical professional to ensure that there isn't something needing immediate medical attention.

Secondly, it's entirely possible that your bad lower back pain is related to the foods that you've been eating (or just ate).

For example, a doctor once told me that he ran a study that showed over 90% of the patients that came to see him for a stiff neck ate some sort of hydrogenated oils the night before.

Research has shown that certain processed foods, chemicals, preservatives, food colorings and other such highly acidic foods (like aspartame and Splenda, for example) have been linked to lower back pain.

The fact that you've also been vomiting may be an indication that your body is trying to eliminate a food that you ate ... that doesn't agree with you.

Some "food for thought"....

To your health,
Charlie
